Privacy policy

1. Information we collect

When you contact us or complete the enquiry form on this website, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• Your preferred destination and trip details
• Your approximate budget and the number of travellers
• Any notes or special requests you send us

2. How we use your data

We use the information you provide for specific purposes only:

• Contacting you and putting together suitable travel options
• Designing your itinerary to your requirements
• Following up before, during and after your trip
• Improving our services generally

3. Protecting your data

• Your personal data is protected and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We take the security measures necessary to keep your information confidential.

Where a booking requires it — an airline, a hotel, or a consulate processing a visa application — the details needed for that booking are shared with that provider as part of arranging your trip. That is the consent you give when you confirm a booking with us.

4. Cookies

This website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work, though some features may behave differently.

5. External links

This site may link to external services, such as WhatsApp. Once you follow a link away from this website, the privacy policy of that other service applies, not ours.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us using the details below and we will act on the request.
