1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Khobraa Travels website, or by contacting us with an enquiry or a booking request, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

2. Services we provide

• Designing tour itineraries to the client's requirements
• Hotel bookings
• Arranging transfers and guided tours
• Assistance with visa applications
• Support before, during and after the trip via WhatsApp

3. Booking and payment

• The consultation and the initial itinerary are completely free and carry no obligation.
• A booking only begins once the client has explicitly approved both the itinerary and the price.
• Payment terms and any deposit are set per trip, and are stated when the final quote is issued.
• All prices shown are approximate and subject to change depending on hotel availability and airfares at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The cancellation and refund policy depends on the type of booking and on the policies of the hotels and airlines involved. Your advisor will set out the detailed cancellation terms that apply to your specific trip before the booking is completed. Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

5. Client responsibilities

• Making sure each traveller's passport is valid for at least six months beyond the travel date.
• Obtaining any vaccinations required for the destination.
• Telling us in advance about any special requirements — dietary, accessibility or accommodation.

6. Limitation of liability

Khobraa Travels acts as an intermediary agency, coordinating with service providers such as hotels, airlines and guides. We are not liable for changes, delays or circumstances outside our control that affect a trip. Where a problem does arise, we will always work to find the best available alternative.

7. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any material change will be announced on this website. Continuing to use our services after an amendment means you accept the updated terms.
